The mat is where the leggings end up, so the props are on the site beside them. The mat is a thick TPE, a foam that does not carry the smell PVC does and grips the floor on both faces, so it stays put in a lunge. The mat bag is canvas, big enough for most mats with room over, with an outside pocket for keys and a towel and a strap for a shoulder.
The towel is for a hot class: it lies over the mat and its corners are cut to anchor over the mat’s corners, so it does not bunch when a wet hand slides. The knee pads are the answer to the pose that still hurts on a thick mat, a pair of cushions that sit under the knee or the elbow. The towel and the pads go in the machine. The mat wipes down.
