The snow pants are the one pair on the site that is not a legging in disguise. A waterproof softshell on the outside, an insulated fleece lining inside, and between them the things a day on a hill needs: four zip pockets for a pass, a phone, gloves and a key. An adjustable tab at the back waist. Knee panels in an abrasion-resistant mesh with room to bend. And a zip at each ankle that opens the hem wide enough to pull over a ski boot without taking the boot off.

They are cut for skiing and snowboarding and they get used for hiking, sledging with children and clearing a drive. The women’s pair and the men’s pair share the build and differ in the cut of the waist and the hip. Underneath, the fleece-lined leggings from the same shelf are the base layer, and over them the ski jacket with the detachable hood is the shell. Wash cold, hang to dry, and never iron a softshell.

Are Ewedoos snow pants actually waterproof, or water-resistant?

Waterproof: a softshell outer that keeps snowmelt out, over an insulated fleece lining. The fleece-lined leggings on the same shelf are water-resistant at most, and the two words mean different things on our cards.

Will Ewedoos snow pants go over a ski boot?

Yes. The zip at each ankle opens the hem wide enough for a boot, and the hem sits over it to keep snow out. The knees are reinforced with a mesh panel and cut with room to bend.

How many pockets do Ewedoos snow pants have?
